CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
the City a deed dated December 5, 1960, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the South side of McFadden Street, East of Pacific
Street; and
dated December 7, 1960, COnveying an easement for street purposes on
the East side of Berrydale Street, South of Trask Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the O~ANGE CO,rawlY FLOOD CON,WAY. DISTRICT, a body
politic and corporate, has presented to the City an easement deed
dated Deceraber 6, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes On
the North side of Bolsa Avenue, East of Verano Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without a cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of December, 1960.
