AGREF24ENT WITH PACIFIC ELECTRIC RAILWAY COMPANY
FOR GRADE CROSSING ON PROPOSED SEG~RSTROM AVENUE
WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct Segerstrom Avenue
between Susan Street and Harbor Boulevard, and agreement has been
reached for the creation of a grade crossing over the Pacific
Electric Drill Track, and the City is in the process of applying
to the Public Utilities commission for authorization to construct
said grade crossing.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to execute said agreement on the
part of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED bY the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day. of December, 1960.
