QUITCLAIM DEED TO ROY C. BRADLEY and MAUDIE O.
BRADLEY
WHEREAS, heretofore, by Resolution 60-129, adopted July 5,
1960, the City accepted a deed frc~ ROY C. BRADLEY and MAUDIE O.
BRADLEY which dedicated to the City a 30-foot strip of land on the
west side of Greenville Street, north of P~ona Street, as required
under the approval of Variance 1293, which called for right of way
30.00 feet west of the center line; and
WHEREAS, an error has been discovered in the legal description
of this deed which resulted in dedication of 30 feet west of the east
line of the lots instead of the center line of Greenville Street, Or
an excess of 25 feet of property being dedicated, and to correct this
error the City desires to quitclaim this excess property back to
ROY C. BRADLEY and MAUDIE O. BRADLEY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
quitclaiming to ROY C. BRADLEY and MAUDIE O. BRADLEY the City's
interest in that certain real property lying on the west side of
Greenville Street, north of POmona Street, in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Ail those portions of Lots 47 and 48, in Block "B", Tract 506,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in BOO~ 17, pages 26 and 27,
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, lying
Westerly of a line which is parallel with and 30.00 feet Westerly
measured at right angles from the center line of Greenville
Street, formerly Old Newport Road.
and deliver the same to Mr. Roy C. Bradley, 1530 South Greenville
Street, Santa Ana, California 92704.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the
