CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, H. AND J. MABURY COMPANY has executed two deeds
dated February 17, 1966, conveying to the City of Santa Ana ease-
ments for street purposes on the north and south sides of Fourth
Street, west of Tustin Avenue; and
WHEREAS, HALL-LYON-HALL, LIMITED, a California corporation,
has executed a deed dated February 17, 1966, conveying to the City
of Santa Ana certain real property on the north side of Fourth Street,
west of Tustin Avenue; and
WHEREAS, JOSEPH D. SHANE and JEAN SHANE have executed a deed
dated February 15, 1966, and SOL LESSER and FAY LESSER have executed
a deed dated February 17, 1966, conveying to the City of Santa Ana
certain real property on the north side of Fourth Street, west of
Tustin Avenue; and
WHEREAS, ANTHONY D. VASI and HAZEL I. VASI have executed a
deed dated February 25, 1966, conveying to the City of Santa Ana
easements for street and alley purposes on the east side of Harbor
Boulevard and the north side of McFadden Avenue; and
WHEREAS, CHRYSLER MOTORS CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation,
has executed a deed dated February 16, 1966, conveying to the City
of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the east side of
Tustin Avenue, 700 feet south of Seventeenth Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the
