CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, CARL J. KLATT and LENA A. KLATT have executed a deed
dated March 10, 1966, conveying to the City of Santa Ana certain
real property on the west side of Tustin Avenue, north of Santa Clara
Avenue~ and
WHEREAS, RUSSELL ROHRS, a married man as his separate property~
MARVIN ROHRS, a married man as his separate property~ LOIS BROWN, a
marriedwo~an as her separate property~ and MARVIN ROHRS, RUSSELL
ROHRS, and LOIS BROWN, as trustees under trust A, under a Declaration
of Trust by Fred Rohrs, dated April 2, 1963, have executed a deed
dated February 21, 1966, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an
easement for traffic signal purposes on the south side of Seventeenth
Street, east of Grand Avenue~ and
WHEREAS, WILLARDF. O'CONNER and SUSIE V. O'CONNERhave
executed a deed dated March 8, 1966, conveying to the City of Santa
Ana easements for street purposes at the southwest corner of Vance
and Lacy Streets~ and
WHEREAS, HORACE RAY HEARN and IMOGENE HEA/kNhave executed a
deed dated March 1, 1966, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an
easement for street purposes for Acapulco Avenue cul-de-sac, east
of Corta Drive~ and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED= That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said dee~s.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of March0 1966.
