OF EDINGER AVENUE TO LILAC AVENUE

WHEREAS, there exists in the City of Santa Ana a portion of a
public street no longer in the alignment of Edinger Avenue. The City
of Fountain Valley has changed the name of their portion of said
street, located from Harbor Boulevard westward, from Edinger Avenue
to Lilac Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the name of Edinger
Avenue, as it now exists between Gates Street and a point 691.63 feet
east thereof, is hereby changed to Lilac Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Director of Public Works is
instructed to place street name signs on Ed/nger Avenue to show the
name heretofore used for said street and the new name herein designated
for said street, and said combination street name signs shall be
maintained for at least six months from the adoption of this
Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTEDby the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of April, 1966.
