CALIFORNIA, TO EXECUTE FOR THE CITY AN APPLICATION
FOR AUTHORITY ALLOWING THE CITY TO PURCHASE THE
J. MARTINEZ WATER SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana and the J. Martinez Water
System have agreed to the terms of acquisition of said Water System
by the City, and said parties are joined in application for
authority to sell and purchase the same.
~OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Harry H. Harvey, Mayor
of the City of Santa Aha, a municipal corporation in California, is
hereby ~uthorized and directed to sign the application for sale and
purchase of the said J. Martinez Water System for and on behalf of
said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of May, 1966.
