CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, HOWARD M. DAELEY, MAXINE B. DAELEY, FRED HOFFMAN and
PEARL HOFFMAN have executed a deed dated April 13, 1966, conveying
to the City an easement for street purposes on the south side of
First Street, east of Sullivan Street; and
WHEREAS, GEORGE H. ROSE and MARGARET ROSE have executed a
deed dated March 3, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for
street purposes on the south side of First Street, east of Sullivan
Street; and
WHEREAS, JESUS D. MUNOZ and ISABEL A. MUNOZ have executed a
deed dated April 15, 1966, conveying an easement for street purposes
on the west side of Euclid Street and the south side of Barbette
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, UNION OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, a corporation, has
executed a deed dated March 21, 1966, conveying to the City an
easement for street purposes at the northeast corner of Santa Clara
Avenue and Tustin Avenue; and
WHEREAS, EGON JENSEN has executed a deed dated April 15, 1966,
conveying to the City an easement for street purposes on the west
side of Newhope Street, north of Camille Street; and
WHEREAS, IRVINE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX, a corporation, has
executed a deed dated March 8, 1966, conveying to the City an easement
for street purposes on the west side of Redhill Avenue from Dyer Road
to 1320 feet, more or less, south of Dyer Road; and an easement for
street purposes for Dyer Road fro~ Redhill Avenue to 1321.61 feet west
of Redhill Avenue; and
WHEREAS, IRVINE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX, a corporation, has
executed a deed dated April 19, 1966, conveying to the City an easement
for street purposes for Dyer Road from 1321.61 feet west of Redhill
Avenue to the Newport Freeway; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.

Aha at its regular meeting held on th~ ~nd day of May, 1966.
