CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, BERNARD TURBOW and PHYLLIS TURBOW, husband and wife,
and BATCHELOR, COHEN & OSTER, a partnership, have executed a deed
dated May 2, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for street
purposes at the southeast corner of Tenth and Ross Streets; and
WHEREAS, CELIA REBECCA HOLGUIN has executed a deed dated
May 2, 1966, conveying to the City easements for street purposes on
the east side of Euclid and the south side of Seventeenth Street; and
WHEREAS, ROY EUGENE BOGARDUS, ARLENE JANE BOGARDUS, and LOIS
MARION CRANDELL have executed a deed dated April 18, 1966, conveying
to the City an easement for street purposes on the west side of
Flower Street, north of Wilshire Avenue; and
WHEREAS, ROLAND EUGENE DEVOE and DOROTHY ANN DEVOE have executed
a deed dated May 2, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for street
purposes on the west side of Flower Street, north of Wilshire Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, LINCOLN SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a corporation,
has executed a deed dated April 26, 1966, conveying easements for
street purposes at the southeast corner of Seventeenth and Bristol
Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of theCity of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of. May, 1966.
