PLANNING COMMISSION AND GRANTING VARIANCE ON
APPLICATION 66-31 FILED BY WILLIAM M. MOSS AND
ELIZABETH R. MOSS
WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice the Planning Commission
has granted a variance on Application No. 66-31, filed by WILLIAM M.
MOSS and ELIZABETH R. MOSS, to allow the construction of a six-foot
high fence in the required front yard at 944 West Buffalo Street,
Santa Ana, Cali~ rnia, in an R-1 District; said Variance was granted
subject to the condition that, except for minor modifications approved
by the Planning Department, the development be according to the
approved plot plan; and
WHEREAS, Appeal Application No. 176 was duly filed by WALTER R.
GILES and JOHN BRENNER appealing the decision of the Planning
Commission to grant said Variance and requesting a hearing before the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing on notice,
determined that said Variance should be granted subject to the
condition imposed by the Planning Commission.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the decision of the
Planning Commission to grant a variance on Variance Application 66-31
to permit the construction of a six-foot high fence in the required
front yard at 944 West Buffalo Street, Santa Ana, California, in an
R-1 District, is hereby affirmed subject to the following condition
imposed by the Planning Commission:
That development be according to the approved plot plan except
for the minor modifications approved by the Planning
Department;
and appeal on Appeal Application No. 176 is hereby denied.

Ana at its regular meeting held on the
