FOR A CASH CONSIDERATION OF $250.00
WHEREAS, JAMES A. FREEMAN has executed a deed dated June 2, 1966,
conveying easements for street purposes at the northeast corner of
Seventeenth and Bristol Streets and spandrel shaped parcel of land at
said location in consideration of the sum of $250.00 and certain
remedial work to be done by the City; said transaction is to be
handled through Escrow No. 52734-C with Security Title Insurance
Company, Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of June, 1966.
