AND JOSEPHINE REYES IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SUM
OF $10,500
WHEREAS, FIDEL M. REYES and JOSEPHINE REYES have executed a
deed dated June 17, 1966, conveying to the City a parcel of real
property at the northeast corner of English and Eighth Streets in
consideration of the sum of $10,500;and said transaction is to, be
handled through Escrow No. 873658-hrb with First American Title
Insurance & Trust C~npany, Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa Ans
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of July, 1966.
