CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, THOMAS DAVID VILLALOBOS and ARMIDAVILLALOBOS have
executed a deed dated June 9, 1966, conveying to the City an easement
for street purposes on the south side of Warner Avenue, east of
Maple Street, in consideration of the su~ of $1,787.00; said
transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 873665-hrb with
First American Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of August, 1966.
