FROM THE TAX COLLECTOR OF ORANGE COUNTY
CONVEYING TAX TITLE TO THREE LOTS
WHEREAS, at the request of the City of Santa Ana that the properties
hereinbelow described not be sold for taxes since the same were needed by the City
for street and other public purposes, procedures were established to sell said lots
to the City of Santa Ana and have now been completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
the three indentures presented by Don S. Mozley, Tax Collector of Orange County,
California, and dated August 18, 1966, granting to the City of Santa Aha the three
parcels of land shown thereon and described as follows:
A.P. #1-141-14
A strip of land 30.32 x 3 feet in NWl/4 of Section 1, Twp 5
South, Range 10 West, SBB gr M, bounded Northerly by
Memory Lane, Southerly by Baker Street and Westerlyby
the center line of Baker Street extended Northerly.
in consideration of the sum of $25.00;

As per map thereof recorded in Book 15, Page 23 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County
The West 30 feet of the East 60.5 feet of Lot 2 in Block B
in consideration of the sum of $25.00;

The North 265 feet of the West 150 feet of the Wl/2 SE1/4
NWl/4 of Section 15, Twp 5 South, Range 10 West, SBB & M
EXCEPT the East 120 feet of the West 150 feet of the North
Z55 feet, and the West 30 feet
in consideration of the sum of $25.00;
and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed to place his
Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council is hereby
directed to deliver said deeds, together with a certified copy of this Resolution, to
the County Recorder of Orange County for recording.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on the 6th day of September, 1966.
