CALIFORNIA, has executed a dee~ dated August 30, 1966, convey~-~= to
the City an easement for street pu~oses on the east side of Gra~
Avenue and nerth of Atchison, Topeka an~ Santa Fe Railroad right of
way; and
W.~.F~S, C. HILL ~'£E and D~ul~ L. ~i'E have executed a
deed date~ September 13, 1966, conveyimg to the City an easement for
street purposes in an alley southeast of Ross Street and Twenty-Second
Street; a~
WN~EAS, J. B. SL~0NS and ALICE G. SLE~ONS have executed a
deed dated September 26, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for
street pmrposes on the north side of War~er and east side of Van Ness
W~EAS, S. V. RI~NSAE~R & SONS, INC., a Delaware corporation,
has executed a deed dated September 16, 1966, conveying to the City am
easement for street purposes on Flower Street south of Pacific Electric
Railroad right of way; -~-~
W~, DORA NEWCOMB and 1~ NEWCOMB, husbamd and wife, an~
RORK~T H. NEWCOMB and DORIS M. NEWCOMB, husband s~ wife, have executed
a dee~ dated Septe~er 26, 1966, conveying to the City an easem~nt for
street pu_~poses on the northwest corner of Santa Clara Avenue and ~-.stin
Avenue; and
W~m~EAS, all of said dee~s are witheut a cash consideration
being paid to said grantors 1fy the City of Santa A~a.
NOW, T~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Samta Aaa
accepts said dee~s a~ Carl J. Thornton, the City's desi~ated agent,
is directe~ to place his Certificate of Acceptance em said deeds.
