STATIONS, INC. FOR A CASH CONSIDERATION OF $16,238
WHEREAS, STATEWIDE STATIONS, INC., a Delaware Corporation,
has executed a deed dated October 10,1966, granting to the City of
SantaAna easements for street purpose in consideration of the sum
of $16,238; said transaction is to be handled through Escrow
No. 874307-hrb with First American Title Insurance & Trust Company,
Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed, and the City Manager, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
CLERK OF THE COUNCIL
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its adjourned regular meeting held on the 25th day of October,
1966.
