ALIGNMENT OF SEGERSTROM AVENUE BETWEEN THE
SANTA ANA RIVER ANDHARBOR BOULEVARD AS
SHOWN ON EXHIBIT P.P.S.A. NO. 12
WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning
Commission has recommended by its Resolution No. 5789 that a
precise street alignment for Segerstrom Avenue be adopted; and
WHEREAS, after public hearing before the City Council on
notice as required by law, said Council has determined that the
recommended street alignment be adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council finds
and determines that the public interest, necessity, convenience and
general welfare require that a precise plan of street alignment be
established for Segerstrom Avenue between the Santa Ana River and
Harbor Boulevard, and said Council hereby adopts the street alignment
plan of said street as shown o~ a detailed drawing entitled "PRECISE
ALIGNMENT, P.P.S.A. NO. 12, NEWHOPE STREET TO HARBOR BLVD.",.copies
of which said drawing are on file in the Department of Public Works
and in the Planning Department of the City of Santa Ana for inspection
by the public.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of November, 1966.
