CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, EUGENE F. DISKIN and MARGIE F. DISKIN have executed
a deed dated October 28, 1966, conveying to the City of Santa Aha
an easement for street purposes on the west side of Harbor Boulevard,
south of McFadden Avenue;and
WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being paid
to said grantors by the City of Santa Ana.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of November, 1966.
