THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, EDGAR F. HIRTH and MARGARET D. HIRTH, have executed
a deed dated November 23, 1966, conveying to the City an easement
for street purposes on the northwest corner of Seventeenth Street and
Wright Street; and
WHEREAS, ALBAN HOLTZ and BERNADINE HOLTZ, have executed a deed
dated November 22, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for street
purposes on the east side of Grand Avenue and south of Washington Place;
and
WHEREAS, FRED RUSSELL LEWIS, has executed a deed dated November 18,
1966, conveying to the City an easement for street purposes on the
south side of Fourth Street and west of Tustin Avenue; and
WHEREAS, IRVINE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX, a California corporation, has
executed a deed dated November 25, 1966, conveying to the City an
easement for street purposes on Deere Avenue, the north side of Alton
Avenue, and the west side of Red Hill Avenue; and
WHEREAS, LUPE LOZANO and ROSALIE LOZANO, husband and wife, as joint
tenants, have executed a deed dated November 18, 1966, conveying to the
City an easement for street purposes on the north side of Eighth Street
and east of English Street; said deed being to correct a deed previously
accepted by the City by Resolution No. 66-20; and
WHEREAS, ANTANACI CUMPIAN, a widow, and CARMEN PJ%MIREZ, an
unmarried weman, as joint tenants, have executed a deed dated
November 18, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for street purposes
on the south side of Eighth Street and east of Daisy Avenue; said deed
being to correct a deed previously accepted by the City by Resolution
No. 66-20; and
WHEREAS, BEN VILLA and FLORA M. VILLA, husband and wife, as joint
tenants, have executed a deed dated November 18, 1966, conveying to the
City an easement for street purposes on the south side of Eighth Street
and west of Raitt Street; said deed being to correct a deed previously
accepted by the City by Resolution No. 66-13; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without a cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City of Santa Ana.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of December, 1966.
