IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEP~EAS, MICHAEL L. GARCIA and LUCILLE GARCIA have executed
a deed dated December 13, 1966, conveying to the City of Santa Ana
easements for street purposes on the south side of Eighth Street,
east of Fairview Street; and
WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being paid
to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT P~ESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of December, 1966.
