HomeMy WebLinkAbout67-002RESOLUTION 67-2 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION WHEREAS, IRVINE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX, a corporation, has delivered to the City a Deed dated December 22, 1966, conveying vehicular access rights on the northwest side of Redhill Avenue, Dyer Road to Deere Avenue; WHEREAS, EDWARD J. FRANZEN and STELLA E. FRANZEN have delivered to the City a Deed dated December 19, 1966, conveying an easement for street purposes on the east side of Tustin Avenue, north of Santa Clara Avenue; and WHEREAS, JOHN A. STEELE and MABEL D. STEELE have delivered to the City a Deed dated December 9, 1966, conveying an easement for street purposes on the east side of Tustin Avenue, north of Santa Clara Avenue; WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being paid to said grantors by the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of January, 1967.
