COMMISSION FOR ITS WORK IN PREPARING THE
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, for some
time, wished to initiate a capital improvements program for the
benefit of the citizenry of the City of Santa Ana; and
WHEREAS, in fDrmulating suchcapital improvements program the
City Council has called upon the Planning Commission of the City
of Santa Ana to initiate and complete various studies involving
such program and to make its recommendations to the Council as to
the objectives and implementa~ons of such program; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has expended innumerable
hours in discussions and study, and, with dispatch, proceeded to
render reports to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the product of the Planning Commission's work has
been exemplary in its inclusiveness and has reflected a well
considered and conscientious effort of invaluable assistance to the
Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of
the City of Santa Aha hereby highly commends the Planning Commission
of the City of Santa Ana for its efforts and invaluable assistance
to this Council in the preparation of the Capital Improvements
Program for this City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of January, 1967.
