HomeMy WebLinkAbout67-022RESOLUTION NO. 67-22 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION WHEREAS, DIXSON W. TUBBS, has executed a deed dated February 3, 1967, conveying to the City vehicular access right easements on the south side of Fourth Street, and the east side of Tustin Avenue; and WHEP~EAS, MARTIN-DECKER CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, and MARY CUMMINGS AXELSON, Executrix of the Estate of Jule C. Axelson, deceased, have executed a deed dated November 18, 1966, quitclaiming to the City of Santa Ana easements for street purposes on the west side of Grand Avenue, south of Edinger Avenue, and Eastwood Avenue, north of St. Gertrude Place; and WHEREAS, DUAYNE D. CHRISTENSEN and DORENE M. CHRISTENSEN, have executed a deed dated October 18, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for street purposes on the south side of First Street, and the east side of Euclid Street; and WHEREAS, MINTER, RICHARDSON, HOOVER and COMPANY, NO. 2, a General Partnership, and FRED L. WHITE and M. LENORE WHITE, have executed a deed dated February 10, 1967, conveying to the City an easement for street purposes on the north side of Memory Lane, and the east side of Bristol Street, and an easement for a water line on the north side of Memory Lane, and east of Bristol Street, WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without a cash consideration being paid to said grantors by the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
