ALIGNMENT OF SEGERSTROM AVENUE BETWEEN
FLOWER AND MAIN STREETS AS SHOWN ON PRECISE
PLAN STREET ALIGNMENT NO. 19
WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning
C~Lu.ission has recommended by their Resolution Number 5802 that
a precise street alignment be adopted; and
WHEREAS, after public hearing before the City Council on
notice as required by law, said Council has determined that the
reco~nended precise street alignment be adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council
finds and determines that the public interest, necessity, con-
venience and general welfare require that a precise plan of
alignment of SegerstromAvenue, between FlOwer and Main Streets,
be established and said Council hereby adopts the street alignment
plan of said street as shown on a detailed drawing entitled
"PRECISE PLAN STREET ALIGNMENT NO. 19, SEGERSTROM AVENUE, FLOWER
ST. TO MAIN ST." copies of which said drawing are on file in the
Department of Public Works and in the Planning Department of the
City of Santa Ana for inspection by the public.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of March, 1967.
