ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND GRANTING A VAKIANCE ON
V.A. 67-20, FILED BY FERMAN ALARCON, SUBJECT TO
CONDITIONS
WHEP~EAS, after hearing on notice, the Zoning Administrator
DENIED a variance on V.A. 67-20, filed by FERMAN ALA~CON, and
Appeal Application 190 was duly filed by the applicant presenting
the matter to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing on notice,
has determined that said Variance application meets the require-
ments of Section 9250.8 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code; that the
decision of the Zoning Administrator should be overruled, and that
said Variance should be granted subject to certain conditions.
NOW, THEREFOPd~, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of
the City of Santa Ana does hereby overrule the decision of the
Zoning Administrator and does hereby grant said Variance 67-20 to
permit the use of an R-2 parcel of land for ingress and egress to
an auto salvage yard from Seventh Street, Santa Ana, california.
Said Variance is granted for a period of five (5) years, subject
to the construction of a fence on the west property line of the
subject property to meet the approval of the Planning Department
staff of the City of Santa Ana.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of April, 1967.
