COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
EXPRESSING OPPOSITION TO PROPOSED
ASSEMBLY BILL NO. 901
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana has
become aware of the nature and content of Assembly Bill
No. 901; and
WHEREAS, it is the considered opinion of the City Council
that the enactment of Assembly Bill No. 901 would unreasonably
and unduly invade areas of concern peculiar to local government.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana hereby expresses its opposition to
Assembly Bill No. 901.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of
April, 1967.
