COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
EXPRESSING SUPPORT OF PROPOSED
SENATE BILL NO. 78
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana has
become aware of the nature and content of Senate Bill No. 78;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha is
of the opinion that those matters contained in proposed
Senate Bill No. 78 are sorely needed to aid in the combating
of the proliferation of obscene matter; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana shares
with others the desire that obscene matter not be distributed
as it has been in the past.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council
of the City of Santa Aha hereby expresses its support of
Senate Bill No. 78.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of
April, 1967.
