CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDEP~ATION
WHEREAS, YOUNG'S TUP~KEY RANCH, INC., a California corporation,
has executed a deed dated May 3, 1967, conveying to the City of
Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the north side of Bolsa
Avenue, west of the Santa Ana River; and
WHEREAS,
April 28, 1967,
alley purposes
LESLIE L. McCANDLESS has executed a deed dated
conveying to the City of Santa Aha an easement for
south of Bishop Street, west of Orange Avenue; ;and
WHEREAS, said deeds are without cash consideration being paid
to ~aid grantors by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on
