A BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF STATE ALLOCATED
(ENGINEERING) FUNDS
WHEREAS, on March 25, 1960, a master agreement was executed
by the City of Santa kna and the State of California for expenditure
of State allocated (engineering) funds under Section 2107.5 of
the Streets and Highways Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has prepared a budget proposal
showing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made
during the 1967-68 Fiscal Year; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said budget proposal
and is familiar with the contents thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana that said budget proposal be and is hereby
adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the State
allocated funds for engineering to cities, said budget proposal
to be and the same is hereby approved, and the Director of Public
Works is directed to sign the same for and on behalf of the City
of Santa Ana, and that said budget proposal be submitted to the
Department of Public Works of the State of California in accordance
with the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets and Highways Code
of the State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of June, 1967.
