IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDER3~TION
WHEREAS, ANTONIA NAJERA, a widow, has executed a deed dated
June 9, 1967, conveying to the City an easement for street purposes
on the North side of Eighth Street, east of Fairview Street, in
consideration of the sum of $945.00; said transaction is to be
handled through Escrow Number 874025-HRB with First American Title
Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, LUIS VALDEZ and PHYLLIS VALDEZ have executed a deed
dated June 12, 1967, conveying to the City an easement for sewer pur-
poses 600 feet south of Hazard Avenue, east of Morse Drive, in
consideration of the sum of $355.00; said transaction is to be
handled through Escrow Number 875011-HL with First American Title
Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, RAY DeVOS and EYVONNE DeV0S have executed a deed
dated June 12,1967, conveying to the City an easement for sewer
purposes 600 feet south of Hazard Avenue, west of LaVergn Drive, in
consideration of the sum of $330.00; said transaction is to be
handled through Escrow Number 875018-HL with First American Title
Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, FP~ANKLIN ROBEL and JANE ROBEL have executed a deed
dated June 14, 1967, conveying to the City an easement for sewer
purposes 600 feet south of Hazard Avenue, between LaVergn Drive and
Morse Drive, in consideration of the sum of $165.00; said transaction
is to be handled through Escrow No. 875014-PEL with First American
Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, BEN T. OEAMOTO has executed a deed dated June 14,
1967, conveying to the City an easement for sewer purposes 600 feet
south of Hazard Avenue, between LaVern Drive and Morse Drive, in
consideration of the sum of $165.00; said transaction is to be handled
through Escrow Number 875013-HL with First American Title Insurance &
Trust Company, Santa Ana, California; and
NOW; T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deeds, and the City Manager, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of Ju~e, 1967.
