QUITCLAIM DEEDS TO THE OWNERS OF RECORD
WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located
on the west side of Grand Avenue, 500 feet north of St. Gertrude
Place, dedicated vehicular access rights to the City, and the present
owners have now requested access rights to Grand Avenue, which the City
has determined should be granted; and
WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located
on the south side of Warner Avenue at Yale Street dedicated vehicular
access rights to the City and the present owners have now requested
access rights to Warner Avenue, which the City has determined should
be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING
FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTEREST MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, vehicular
access rights to Grand Avenue in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described~:
Ail vehicular access rights to Grand Avenue over the Northerly
25.00 feet of the Southerly 45.60 feet and over the Northerly
25.00 feet of the Southerly 497.40 feet of that certain parcel
of land lying Westerly of the following described property:
That portion of the land allotted to F. W. Koll in Decree of
Partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, rendered in Case
No. 1192, and entered September 12, 1868 in Book "B" page 410 of
Judgments of the 17th Judicial District Court of California, in
the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Tract No. 5247, as per map
recorded in Book 188, page 28, of Miscellaneous Maps, in the
office of the County Recorder of said county; thence North 0" 34'
45" East 1176.80 feet along the center line of Grand Avenue to
the Westerly prolongation of the Southerly line of the land
described as Parcel 2 in the deed to the City of Santa Ana,
recorded April 29, 1966 in Book 7916, Page 444, of Official
Records; thence North 89" 24' 09" West 50.00 feet along said
prolongation and Southerly line to a line parallel with and
Westerly 50.00 feet from said center line; thence South 0" 34' 45"
West 1176.80 feet along last said parallel line to the Northerly
line of Lot 1 of said Tract No. 5247; thence South 89" 19' 51"
East 50.00 feet to the point of beginning,
and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the
Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quit-
claiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDEP~LYING FEE,
AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD vehicular access
rights to Warner Avenue in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
Ail vehicular access rights to Warner Avenue over the Easterly
20.00 feet of the Westerly 121.76 feet of the following described
property:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of that certain parcel of land
described in the deed recorded October 3, 1956 in Book 3664,
page 481, of Official Records, Records of Orange County, California;
thence South 88" 44' 15" West 365.00 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence South 88" 44' 15" West 389.23 feet; thence

North 1" ~9' 45" West 592.62 feet, more or less, to the Southerly
line of Warner Avenue, said line being parallel with and 50.00
feet Southerly, measured at right angles, from the center line of
said Warner Avenue; thence North 88° 43' 15" East 336.73 feet,
more or less, to the beginning of a tangent.curve concave North-
westerly having a radius of 1047.76 feet; thence Northeasterly
along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 2~ 52' 30"
an arc distance of 52.57 feet; thence South 1° 19' 45" East
594.40 feet to the true point of beginning,
and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of June, 1967.
