RgSOLUTION DgSCRIBING BOUle)ARIES OF ASSgSSMENT
DISTRICT, ADOPTING ASSESSMENT MAP, AND ORDERING
FILING THEREOF
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 233
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa
A~a, California, in regular session assembled, that the proposed
boundaries of the assessment district proposed to be assessed xn
this assessment proceeding to pay any part of the cost of the
proposed improvement in this assessment district are as shown upon
a map of the assessment district entitled '~IAGRAM OF ASSESS~NT
DISTRICT NO. 233,".and w~ichmap ~ndic~tes by a boundary line the
extent of the terrxtory xncluded zn thzs assessment district. Said
plat or map is hereby adopted as the plat or map describing the
extent of the territory to be included in this proposed assess-
ment district.
The Clerk of the Council of said City of Santa Aha is
hereby ordered and directed to endorse upon the original and at
least one copy of said map her certificate evidencing the date and
adoption of this re~olution..Thereafter said Clerk of the Council
shall file the original of sazd map in said Clerk's office, and
shall forthwith thereafter, and in no event later than June 30
1967, file a copy of said map executed as hereinbefore directed,
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ama at its regular meeting held on the lqth day of
June , 1967.
