QUITCLAIM DRRD TO OWNERS OF UNDERLYING FEE
WHEP~EAS, the City of Santa Ana is the owner of a 14-foot
prescriptive easement on the west side of Eastwood Avenue, north
of Fourth Street, and the owner of the property over which said
easement lies has requested that the City release its interest
in said property, which the City has now determined should be done.
NOW, THEREFOP~E, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
quitclaiming TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING FEE ANY INTEREST
THAT THE CITY OF SANTA ANA MAY HAVE IN the following described real
property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California:
The Northerly 14 feet of Lots 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14, in
Block "E", of Tract Number 344, shown on a map thereof
recorded in Book 15, at Page 5, of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California,
and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of July, 1967.
