RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
OF COST, AND ASSESSMEI~ DIAGRAM
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 226
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
ESTIMATE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha, California, in r~gular session assembled, that the Director
of Public Works of sazd City of Santa Aha be and he hereby is
authorized and directed to pre~are pla~s an9 specifications for
the construction and installation of eight lnch diameter sewer
main lines, with four inch diameter sewer house laterals, manholes,
and rock bedding in: West Street from Hazard Avenue to 150 feet
north of the center line of Georgine Street; Georgine and Celeste
Streets from West Street to Elaine Drive; l~ry and Fay Circles from
West Street to the easterly terminus of each; Elaine Drive from
Georgine Street to Celeste Street; Hazard Avenue from West Street
to La Vergn Way; Morse Drive and La Vergn Way; Sewer easements
westerly from the southerly terminus of La Vergn Way to Huyler's
Lane; Huylar's Lane to Fifth Street, together with appurtenances
and appurtenant work.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Director of Public Works
be and he hereby is authorized and directed to prepare a careful
estimate of the cost and exp~nse.of such work, and a plat or map
of the proposed assessment dzstrlct.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of July, 1967.
