RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 226
SANTA AN~, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha, California, in regular session assembled, that the time hereby
fixed for receiving sealed proposals or bids for the doing of the
work and making the improvements described in Resolution of
Intention No. 67-117 adopted J~ly 17, 1967 is the 15th day of
August, 1967 at the hour of 10.00 o'clock A.M. Said sealed pro-
posals or bids shall be delivered to and opened, examined and
declared by the Purchasing Agent of said City of Santa Ana, Calif-
ornia at a public hearing called by said Purchasing Agent in his
office in the City Hall, Santa Aha, California at 10:00 o'clock
A.M. on Tuesday, the 15th day of August,.1967. Said Purchasing
Agent shall report the results of said bzdding to said City Council
at its regular meeting of August 21, 1967. The Clerk of the
Council of said City of Santa Aha is hereby ordered to give notice
inviting such sealed bids or proposals in the time, form and manner
requzred by law.
