HomeMy WebLinkAbout67-122RESOLUTION 67-122 ACCEPTING A DEED WHERE THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION WHEREAS, C. M. CARR, has executed a deed dated July 7, 1967, conveying to the City an easement for street purposes on the north side of Eighth Street and west of Hawley Street, in consideration of the sum of $657.50 and certain remedial work to be done by the City at said location; said transaction to be handled through Escrow No. 874001-HRB with the First American Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, California. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the escrow instructions; that the City of Santa Ana accepts said deed, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of July, 1967.
