THE TAX COLLECTOR OF ORANGE COUNTY CONVEYING
TAX TITLE TO SIX LOTS
WHEREkS, at the request of the City of Santa Ana that the
properties hereinbelow described not be sold for taxes since the
same were needed by the City for street and other public purposes,
procedures were established to sell said lots to the City of
Santa Ana and have now been completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts the six indentures presented by Don $. Mozley, Tax
Collector of Orange County, California, and dated July 5, 1967,
granting to the City of Santa Ana the six parcels of land shown
thereon and described as follows:
A.P. ~11-251-24
That portion of Lot A in Tract No. 3293,
as per map thereof recorded in Book 104,
Pages 30 and 31 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, lying between
the Easterly extension of the Northerly
line of Lot 34 and the Easterly extension
of the Southerly line of Lot 33
in consideration of the sum of $25.00;

That portion of Lot B in Tract No. 2437,
as per map thereof recorded in Book 109,
Pages 39 and 40 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, lying between
the Easterly prolongation of the Northerly
line of Lot 28 and the Easterly prolongation
of the Southerly line of Lot 32
in consideration of the sum of $25.00;
A.P. 911-257-32
That portion of Lot B in Tract No. 2437,
as per map recorded in Book 109, Pages 39
and 40 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, lying between the Easterly
prolongation of the Northerly line of Lot 23
and the Easterly prolongation of the Southerly
line of Lot 25
in consideration of the sum of $25.00;

That portion of Lot B in Tract No. 2437,
as per map thereof recorded in Book 109,
Pages 39 and 40 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, lying Northerly
of the Easterly prolongation of the Northerly
line of Lot 21
in consideration of the sum of $25.00;

Lot B of Tract 3391, as per map thereof
recorded in Book 119, Pages 11, 12 and
13 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County
in consideration of the sum of $25.00;
A.P. ~109-612-19
Lot A of Tract No. 3391, as per map thereof
recorded in Book 119, Pages 11, 12 and 13
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County
in consideration of the sum of $25.00;
and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed to
place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council is
hereby directed to deliver said deeds, together with a certified
copy of this Resolution, to the County Recorder of Orange County
for recording.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of July, 1967.
