RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 233, SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, sealed proposals or bids for performing the work
and improvements described in Resolution of Intention No. 67-98
of the City Council of the City of Santa Arm, California, adopted
June 19, 1967,.which said ~esolution i! hereby expressly'referred
to for a descrzption of sazd work and zmprovements and for all par-
ticulars relative to the proceedings under said resolution of
intention, have been publicly opened and examined, and said City
Council has declared the result of said bids at its meeting of
July 17th , 1967.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Santa Aha, California, in regular session assembled, that
said City Council hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids,
except that herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for
doing said work and making said improvement to the lowest responsible
bidder, to wit:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Council of
said City of Santa Arm is hereby directed to publish notice of said
award twice in The Santa Ana Register, a newspaper published and
circulated in said City of Santa Ana, State of California, and
heretofore designated for that purpose by said City Council.
