HomeMy WebLinkAbout67-132RESOLUTION 67-132 DECLARING THAT A MAJORITY PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE AGAINST THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY DESIGNATED "TUSTIN AND FOURTH S.W. ANNEX NO. 1" TO THE CITY OF SANTA ANA WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the City Council held this date the protest hearing against the annexation herein referred to was regularly held on due notice as required by law, and no written protests were filed against said annexation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council finds and declares that at the protest hearing, notice of which was given by Resolution 67-93, there was not a majority protest against the annexation of territory designated "TUSTIN AND FOURTH S.W. ANNEX NO. 1". PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of August, 1967.
