LEE ARMFIELD FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING
A CASH CONSIDERATION OF $11,715.00
WHEREAS, I~E ARMFIELD has executed a deed dated August 16,
1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana a parcel of real property
for street widening on the north side of First Street, east of
Bristol Street, in consideration of the sum of $11,715.00; said
transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 874916-HRB with
First American Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana,
California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed; and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
