FROM IRENE M. MOORE FOR WHICH THE
CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, IRENE M. MOORE has executed a deed dated August 17,
1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana real property for street
widening on the southeast corner of Eighth Street and Western
Avenue, in consideration of the sum of $3,545.34; said transaction
is to be handled through Escrow No. 870515-HRB with First American
Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the escrow instructions; that the City of
Santa Aha accepts said deed; and Carl J. Thornton, the City's
designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of
Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of September, 1967.
