FROM WILL/A/~E. AND BETTY M. VAZZANA
FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH
CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, WILLIAM E. and BETTY M. VAZZANA have executed
a grant deed dated August 24, 1967, conveying to the City of
Santa Ana real property on the north side of First Street, 87 feet
west of Olive, in consideration of the sum of $8,835.00; said
transaction to be handled through Escrow No. 875066-HL with First
American Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the escrow instructions; that the City of
Santa Ana accepts said deed; and Carl J. Thornton, the City's
designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of
Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of September,
1967.
