A QUITCLAIM DEED TO OWNERS OF RECOP~D
WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located
at the northeast corner of Standard Avenue and Pomona Street
dedicated vehicular access rights to the City, and the present
owners have now requested access rights to Standard Avenue, which
the City has determined should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING
FEE AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD the following
described real property in the city of Santa Ana, County of Orange,
State of California:
Ail vehicular access rights to Standard Avenue over the Southerly
26.00 feet of the Northerly 120.00 feet of Lot 21 in Tract No. 5286,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 188, pages 22 and 23, Mis
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of September, 1967.
