RESOLUTION PROPOSING TO MODIFY BOUNDARY OF ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT
A$~SESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 226, SANTA~ANA, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana, California, in regular session assembled, that said City Council
hereby proposes Jo modify the boundaries of t~is assessment district,
~ssessment Distrzct No. 226, from the boundaries as shown upon the
diagram thereof entitled "DIAGRAM OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 226,"
the original of which is on file in the office of the Clerk of the
Council of said city, and a certified copy of which has been recorded
in the office of the County R~corder of the County of. Orange, State
of California, to the boundarzes of said assessment dzstrzct as
shown upon that certain diagram entitled "DIAGRAM OF ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT NO. 226, PROPOSED MODIFICATION OF SEPTEMBER 18, 1967."
The Clerk of the Council shall file the original of said latter
described diagram in said clerk's office and shall forthwith cause
a certified copy thereof to be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder of said County of Orange not later than September 20, 1967.
Said City Council shall consider adoption of an order approving said
modification at its regular meeting of October 2, 1967.
