CITY OF SANTA ANA EXPRESSING SUPPORT OF ASSEMBLY
JOINT RESOLUTION 29
W~EREAS, the city Coucil of the City of Santa Ana has become
aware of Assembly Joint Resolution 29 relative to governmental tax
sharing; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is in agreement with the philosophy
and conclusions contained in said Joint Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council feels that the objectives sought by
said Resolution would benefit the State of California in general and
the City of Santa Ana in particular;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
City of Santa Aha, on behalf of the citizenry, hereby endorses and
supports the views expressed in Assembly Joint Resolution 29.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of October, 1967.
