CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, JEP~RY'S BAR-B-Q, INC. has executed a deed dated
October 31, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Aha easements for
street purposes and vehicular access rights on the south side of
Seventeenth Street, west of King Street; and
W~EREAS, GERALD ENGLISH and RUTH B. ENGLISH have executed a
deed dated August 14, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Aha an
easement for street purposes, a spandrel shaped parcel of land,
and vehicular access rights at the southwest corner of Seventeenth
and King Streets; and
WHEREAS, BENEFICIAL PROPERTIES, INC., a corporation, has
executed a deed dated October 16, 1967, conveying to the City of
Santa Aha an easement for street purposes on the north side of
Edinger Avenue and the east side of Newhope Street; and
WHEREAS, SANTA ANA AUTO PAINT SHOP, INC., a California
corporation, has executed a deed dated October 10, 1967, conveying
to the City of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the
south side of Seventeenth Street, east of the Atchison, Topeka and
Santa Fe Railway right of way; and
WHEREAS, JOHN F. BERGER and HELEN M. BERGER have executed a
deed dated October 23, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an
easement for street purposes on the west side of Bristol Street,
north of Santa Clara Avenue; and
WHEREAS, RUTAN & TUCKER, a co-partnership, has ~xecuted a
deed dated October 11, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana
easements for street and alley purposes on the south side of
Halesworth Street, west of Riverine Street; and
WHEREAS, JOECILE F. FINFT~ has executed a deed dated
October 31, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement
for street purposes on the west side of Bristol Street, north of
Santa Clara Avenue; and
WHEREAS, RALPH M. CANFIELD and JENNIE C. CANFIELD have
executed a deed dated October 19, 1967, conveying to the City of
Santa Ana an easement for sewer purposes on the north side of Silver
Drive, west of Cooper Street; and
WHEREAS~ ISMAEL A. ZAVALA and MERCEDES L. ZAVALAhave
executed a deed dated October 1, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa
Ana an easement for sewer purposes south of Silver Drive, west of
Cooper Street; and
WHEREAS, FRANK E. CANTU and MARY CANTU have executed a deed
dated October 16, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement
for sewer purposes south of Silver Drive, west of Cooper Street; and
WHEREAS, JOE VILLALOBOS and RITA VILLALOBOS have executed a
deed dated October 10, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an
easement for sewer purposes south of Silver Drive, west of Cooper
Street; and
WHEREAS, SMR. I~. OIL COMPANY, a Delaware corporation, has
executed a deed dated October 17, 1965, conveying to the City of
Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the west side of Bristol
Street, south of Warner Avenue; and

WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is hereby directed to place his certificate of acceptance on said
deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of November, 1967.
