HkZEL KITCHIN TO PROPERTY FOR THE W-iDENING
OF FIRST STREET FOR A CASH CONSIDERATION
OF $81,550
WHEREAS, HAZEL KITCHIN, a widow, has executed a deed dated
October 23, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana parcels of
real property on the north side of First Street and the west side
of Bristol Street, in consideration of the sum of $81,550; said
transaction to be handled through Escrow Number 875363-hrb with
First American Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana,
California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of November, 1967.
