INDENTURE BETWEEN THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY
AND THE CITY OF SANTA ANA FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF A GRADE CROSSING AT ST. GERTRUDE PLACE
WHEREAS, SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY, a corporation of the State
of Delaware, has delivered to the City an Indenture granting to the
City an easement for the construction of a new grade crossing at
St. Gertrude Place under the terms and conditions contained in said
Indenture;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
hereby accepts the terms of said Indenture, and the Mayor and the
Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said Indenture and to acknowledge the same for and on behalf of the
City of Santa Aha.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of November, 1967.
