OWNERS OF PROPERTY ON THE WEST SIDE OF
MORSE DRIVE, SOUTH OF HAZARD STREET, FOR
WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDER-
ATION
WHEREAS, KENNETH M. KRUZEL, EkTHLEENAo KRUZEL, JOHN G.
0'FARRELL, MILDRED O'FARRELL, DOMINIQUE DUHART, PIERRETTE DUHART,
THOMAS Eo BIEGEL, FREDA BIEGEL, FRANK TAUCHER and MARY TAUCHER,
have executed a deed dated October 16, 1967, conveying to the
City an easement for sewer and potable water lines on the west
side of Morse Drive; and
WHEREAS, said deed is without a cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed; and that Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, it hereby directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance
on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of November,
1967.
