THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND GRANTING A VARIANCE
ON APPLICATION NO. 67-85 FILED BY OTTO A. HANSEN
WHEREAS, after hearing on notice, the Zoning Administrator
denied a variance on Variance Application No. 67-85 filed by OTTO
A. HANSEN, and Appeal Application No. 198 was duly filed by the
applicant presenting the matter to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing on notice,
has determined that said Variance Application meets the requirements
of Section 9250.8 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code; that the decision
of the Zoning Administrator should be overruled; and that said
Variance should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana does hereby overrule the decision of the Zoning
Administrator and does hereby grant a variance on Variance application
No. 67-85 to permit the installation of a screened porch addition
which will encroach into the required front yard at 2316 North Bush
Street, Santa Ana, California, in an R-2 District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of November, 1967.
